Role
As a Social Media Manager (Content Strategist), you'll lead the organic social content strategy and development for our clients across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and more.
Youâll have a sharp eye for trends, and an instinct for what performs, ensuring our clients remain culturally relevant within their industries. and a deep understanding of how to build and evolve a brandâs tone of voice on social.
Responsibilities
- Own the social content strategy and planning, constantly optimizing for engagement, reach, and cultural relevance.
- Ideate, plan and brief social-first concepts to our designers, content creators and videographers.
- Be the go-to person for whatâs trending, whatâs working, and why â helping clients stay ahead of the curve in fast-moving social spaces.
- Craft compelling copy that brings each brandâs tone of voice to life, from captions to scripts to on-screen text.
- Lead a small team (1â2x Social Media Executives) whoâll support content creation, planning, and community engagement.
- From time to time, join our creative team on shoots to guide the final output.
- Provide feedback on visual and written content to ensure everything aligns with the brand and channel best practices.
- Build strong relationships with your clients alongside the Account Director, becoming a trusted partner in their content journey.
- Deliver insightful client reporting, offering strategic guidance and deep analysis to ensure we're hitting KPIs and continuously optimizing our content performance.

- 4-7 years of hands-on social media experience, ideally with a strong focus on content and creative strategy and execution.

Compensation Range: $65,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
