Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Retail Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including greeting customers, POS use, cleaning and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and keeping the store in order.
- Keeping the store clean by dusting, vacuuming, and maintaining the bathroom.
- Monitor inventory and supply levels to ensure we never run out of anything.
- Manage the store's point-of-sale (POS) system and ensure that it is functioning correctly.
-Post on our social media platforms and help to create content.
Qualifications:
-18 YEARS OR OLDER
- Experience in a retail role, preferably in a boutique environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative on tasks that need to be done.
- Proficiency in POS systems is a plus.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and a passion for driving business growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Base Pay: $14.00 per hour
