Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator

Location: Tyler, TX (Downtown / Hospital District)

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)

We are a boutique estate planning law firm dedicated to helping families secure their legacies. We are seeking a high-energy, creative, and organized Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to be the face and voice of our firm. Your goal is simple: ensure every family and business owner in our community knows who we are and how we can protect their future.

This role blends social media strategy, community engagement, and event coordination to enhance the firm’s visibility, strengthen relationships, and support business growth. You will play a key role in building partnerships, promoting our services, and creating meaningful connections both online and in person.

• Represent the firm at local events, networking groups, and outreach initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with “Centers of Influence” (COIs), including CPAs, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Agents
• Build partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community groups
• Proactively identify new opportunities for community engagement and referrals

• Plan, organize, and promote seminars, workshops, legal clinics, and “lunch and learns”
• Coordinate attorney participation in events and speaking opportunities
• Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up processes

• Manage and grow the firm’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (educational, community-focused, and firm culture)
• Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
• Track analytics and provide performance reports with insights for growth

• Oversee digital and community-based advertising efforts
• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and materials
• Design and coordinate marketing collateral using tools like Canva

• 5 years of experience in social media, marketing, event coordination, or a related role
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities
• Comfortable using social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic CRM systems
• Tech-savvy and creative, with an eye for branding and content
• Ability to connect with a wide range of individuals—from professionals to families in sensitive situations
• Familiarity with the Tyler community and local business landscape is a strong plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a major asset and may be reflected in compensation

This role includes a mix of in-office work, community engagement, and local travel for events and outreach activities. You will have the opportunity to help build and shape the firm’s marketing and outreach efforts from the ground up.
