IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU APPLY
You will need to be available year-round. Every weekend and evenings (as late as 7PM) required. Number of hours available depends upon availability, experience, and job specific ability. Every weekend is required for the foreseeable future. Most of our business happens on the weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Back of House (BOH) Guest Service Specialist, you’ll help keep The SoakingPot running smoothly by:
- Working as part of a strong, reliable Team
- Following clear processes and procedures
- Multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a busy environment
- Preparing and delivering Soaks, food, and beverages
- Handling Soak warm-ups, dishes, laundry, and pot cleaning
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary environment (lots and lots of cleaning!)
As a Front of House (FOH) Guest Service Specialist, you will have these additional responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments for maximum efficiency and revenue, in-person and over the phone.
- Efficient, clear, and kind Guest communication
- Check-ins / check-outs
- Retail sales
- Inventory
- Product receiving

The SoakingPot Infusion Spa relaxes the body from the inside out through botanical foot soaks, treatments, and nourishing food & beverages. Guests settle into a comfy oversized chair and relax with one of twelve organic foot soak infusions, in a deep copper pot. They can also add-on treatments, and delicious food & bevy to enjoy while they Soak.
We’ll provide organized, process based training so you will feel confident and empowered, working at The SoakingPot.
