IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU APPLY

You will need to be available year-round. Every weekend and some evenings (as late as 7PM) required. Number of hours available depends upon availability, experience, and job specific ability. Every weekend is required for the foreseeable future. Most of our business happens on the weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be expected to become proficient in all Front of House and Back of House operations within a reasonable training period. You will be responsible for ensuring adequate shift coverage, stepping into either area as needed, and actively leading the Team through each shift to ensure smooth and successful daily operations.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all established processes, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed so that every guest receives an exceptional SoakingPot experience.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be expected to work alongside your Team, remain actively involved in daily operations, and step into Front of House or Back of House responsibilities whenever needed.

You’ll help keep BOH running smoothly by:

• Working as part of a strong, reliable Team
• Ensuring adequate staff coverage at all times -covering extra shifts as needed
• Following clear processes and procedures
• Continually training and developing staff to support the needs of the business
• Multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a busy environment
• Preparing and delivering Soaks, food, and beverages
• Handling Soak warm-ups, dishes, laundry, and pot cleaning
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary environment (lots and lots of cleaning!)

You’ll help keep FOH running smoothly by:

• Scheduling appointments for maximum efficiency and revenue, in-person and over the phone.
• Efficient, clear, and kind Guest communication
• Check-ins / check-outs
• Retail sales
• Inventory
• Product receiving

The SoakingPot Infusion Spa relaxes the body from the inside out through botanical foot soaks, treatments, and nourishing food & beverages. Guests settle into a comfy oversized chair and relax with one of twelve organic foot soak infusions, in a deep copper pot. They can also add-on treatments, and delicious food & bevy to enjoy while they Soak.

We’ll provide organized, process based training so you will feel confident and empowered, working at The SoakingPot.
