Our 93 Year Old Faith Based Family Owned Company is seeking a Positive Individual to come and join our team as a working Bindery Manager.

We are looking for a working Bindery Manager for our Print/Mailing company to join our team and direct and coordinate the activities of the bindery department and mailing department. This person will be responsible for overseeing production in a busy bindery department and must have first hand knowledge of print finishing.
They must be comfortable working within strict deadlines and ensuring all work leave the company accurately and is delivered on time. We typically work 8-5 Monday through Friday but will occasionally need to work longer hours to get the job done. Candidate must be flexible and willing to work overtime if necessary. Speaking of flexible, we are very flexible with our hours especially when it come to family and the commitments that go along with being a spouse or parent. - This person will be working alongside other bindery people and will be responsible for managing the workflow and deadlines. The production leader in the bindery department actively works with the other Manager's making recommendations for increased productivity to drive continuous improvements.
- Experience running folders, cutter, stitchers and associated bindery equipment is required. Experience with mailing equipment would be beneficial
- Manages department schedules to meet deadlines that allow other production departments to complete their part in a timely manner.
- Perform and supervise all bindery functions as noted on work order/job tickets.
- Pay is dependent on experience.
