On-Site Event Videographer

The Snipers Media is looking for a reliable and experienced On-Site Event Videographer to join our team for weddings and other events. We are looking for someone who has real camera and videography experience and is comfortable actively filming events. This is a hands-on shooting position — no video editing is required. You will be responsible for filming throughout the event, moving around the venue to capture important moments, people, details, and different angles while maintaining professional-quality footage. You will also work with additional stationary cameras and recording equipment used as part of our full event coverage. Most events are weddings and take place during evening and nighttime hours, typically starting around 5:00–6:00 PM and ending around 2:00–3:00 AM. Sunday availability is important. We do not work Friday nights or Saturdays. Responsibilities: • Actively film weddings and events using professional cameras • Move throughout the venue to capture important moments, people, details, and different angles • Properly frame shots and maintain steady, professional-quality footage • Set up and work with additional cameras and recording equipment when required • Monitor the event and anticipate important moments that need to be captured • Follow the event schedule and instructions from the team • Handle all camera and recording equipment responsibly • Pick up equipment before scheduled events and return it afterward • Communicate professionally with the team throughout the event Requirements: • Previous camera or videography experience • Comfortable operating professional cameras • Good understanding of framing, camera movement, and capturing live events • Valid driver's license • Reliable transportation • Comfortable driving to different event locations • Reliable, responsible, and punctual • Able to work late nights • Good communication skills • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team • Wedding or event videography experience is a plus Events are primarily located throughout Rockland County, Orange County, Brooklyn, Williamsburg, and surrounding areas.
