Job Title: Smoothie Shop & Supplments Manager (Retail Supplement Sales)

We are a growing smoothie shop focused on healthy, high-quality drinks and an energetic customer experience. As we expand, we’re introducing a line of supplements and are looking for a motivated manager to help lead this next phase of the business.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a hands-on, reliable Manager who can oversee daily operations, support the launch and sales of supplements, and lead by example behind the counter. This role combines customer service, retail sales, and light administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve smoothies.
- Make social media posts
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Set up and manage supplement vendor accounts and inventory
- Educate customers on supplement options and drive sales
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Train and support team members as needed
- Assist with ordering supplies and tracking inventory
- Help grow in-store sales through product knowledge and upselling
Qualifications:
- Previous supplemnt retail, food service, or management experience preferred
- Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or supplements is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic organizational and administrative skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
