Part-Time Barista – The Smoky Bean

The Smoky Bean is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Barista to join our team! We are seeking someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and other beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Stock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable taking initiative and managing responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Part-Time starting with Thursday and Friday from 7-2 and Saturday from 8-12.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and can confidently run the shop and provide excellent customer service when working independently.
