Duties
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety and hygiene standards
- Support cooking processes by monitoring food items during preparation and ensuring timely completion
- Buss tables and clear dishes promptly to keep service areas organized and efficient
- Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with banquet setups and catering events, ensuring all food is prepared and presented professionally
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Basic knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen operations
