We're searching for an experienced Dental Billing Specialist who enjoys solving insurance challenges, helping patients understand their benefits, and being an essential part of a fun, supportive team. What You'll Do
- Submit, track, and follow up on dental insurance claims
- Review EOBs and resolve denied or delayed claims
- Verify insurance benefits and prepare accurate treatment estimates
- Explain insurance coverage, deductibles, and patient financial responsibility with confidence
- Process patient payments and discuss financing options, including CareCredit
- Maintain accurate patient accounts and billing records
- Collaborate with our clinical and front office teams to create an exceptional patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Dental billing experience is required (minimum 1–2 years)
- Strong knowledge of PPO, HMO, DMO, Union, and other dental insurance plans
- Experience with insurance verification, claims processing, and EOBs
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented office
