Weekend Line Cook at The Sly Fox Pub

The Sly Fox Pub in Southern Pines, NC is looking for one weekend/ part time line cook to join our 55 person strong team. We are located on 795 Sw Broad St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. The Sly Fox Pub is striving to become to premier location for inventive and fun Gastropub cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. All food prepared from scratch in house. This position would be ideal for an experienced cook looking for extra income in a high volume but relaxed atmosphere. This position would be ideal for an inexperienced cook to get reps and build skillset in a fully staffed high volume scratch kitchen with heavily experienced station leads. Position would be strictly weekends until further notice-Friday 2:30pm to Close Saturday 12:00pm to close and Sunday 2:30pm to close. Aprox. 24 to 30 hours a week

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years cook experience preferred but not required
• Experience in scratch cooking a plus
• Knife Skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without issue
• Ability to stand and bend for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast paced, hot kitchen
