Duties- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems. - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of machinery and facilities. - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency. - Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects and ensure smooth operations. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections. - Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures. ```Experience``` - Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. - Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including the ability to read schematics and blueprints. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions. - Experience with logic controllers and other automation systems is a plus. - Ability to fabricate, weld, and perform other basic repairs as needed. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks.
