Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily prep work and batch cooking using commercial kitchen equipment
- Following standardized recipes and portioning for large‑scale production
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Performing opening and closing duties
- Dishwashing, cleaning, and restocking as needed
- Working collaboratively with a team in a high‑volume production environment
- Driving company vehicles to deliver prepared products to restaurant locations
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Reliability, honesty, and respect for your team
- Ability to learn quickly and stay organized in a fast‑paced production kitchen
- Strong work ethic and pride in consistent, high‑quality prep work
