- Perform opening and closing duties, including cart transport.

- Utilize recipes and portion control.
- Perform general cleaning and restocking.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests.
- Balance high volume with high quality.

- Operate the food cart on the Church Street Marketplace from May through October, with potential year-round employment opportunities.
- Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (weekends are required).
- Manage additional events, such as Truck Stop and other special occasions, as identified.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule to accommodate varying needs.
- Be at least 18 years old to meet insurance requirements.
- Exhibit honesty, reliability, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude.
- Thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrate leadership by managing operations, troubleshooting issues, solving problems, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and performing tasks like bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Bring hospitality expertise, with food service and supervisory experience preferred.
