What You'll Do
Deliver Great Guest Experiences
- Bring genuine, gracious hospitality to every guest interaction
- Craft quality beverages and serve up delicious food with pride
- Know the menu inside and out so you can make great recommendations
Keep the Counter Running Smoothly
- Handle opening and closing duties with the team
- Prep, restock, clean, and sanitize to keep things safe and pleasant for guests and coworkers alike
- Juggle multiple orders at once, keeping tickets on time and orders together
- Wash dishes, follow recipes, and use proper portion control
- Balance high volume with high standards, without losing your cool
- Collaborate closely with a team-first crew
What You Bring
- Must be 18 or older (required to serve alcohol in Vermont)
- Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery 1st Class License Certification preferred
