The Skin Study – Huntington, WV
The Skin Study is seeking an experienced Lash Extension Specialist to join our growing team in Huntington, WV.
We are looking for someone who is confident in their lash work, professional, dependable, and interested in growing a long-term clientele within an established skincare studio.
Responsibilities
- Perform Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extension services
- Provide lash fills and removals
- Maintain proper sanitation and safety standards
- Protect the health and integrity of the natural lashes
- Provide excellent client care and education
- Maintain accurate client notes and service records
- Help create a welcoming, professional experience for every client
Qualifications
- Current license required to legally perform lash extension services in West Virginia
- Lash extension certification/training
- Previous lash extension experience preferred
- Portfolio or photos of previous work required
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and professional
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Compensation
- 40% commission to start
- Opportunity to increase to 45% commission based on performance and growth
- 100% of tips
- 10% retail commission
This is a commission-based position only, Indeed required an hourly rate to list this job posting. If an hourly rate is preferred to commission, we are open to discussion.
We would especially love to meet a lash artist who already has some experience or an existing clientele and is looking for the stability and support of working within an established business without the responsibility of managing an entire studio independently.
