We are selectively adding a high-level Aesthetic Injector who already understands what it means to practice at this standard. This is a place for an injector who is confident in their skillset and ready to step into a practice where excellence is the baseline.
Who You Are
You are a confident injector who already practices at a high standard. You see the face as a complete structure—not isolated areas—and you make treatment decisions based on balance, proportion, and long-term aesthetic integrity.
You are:
- NP preferred (highly experienced RN considered)
- 2 years of hands-on injectable experience in a reputable med spa or aesthetic practice
- Skilled in full-face assessment and facial balancing
- Confident working with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and Sculptra
- Experienced in or open to IV therapy within a medical aesthetic setting
You bring:
- A strong understanding of facial anatomy and safety-first injection technique
- The ability to create thoughtful, customized treatment plans (not templated approaches)
- A calm, professional presence that builds long-term patient trust
- A collaborative mindset when working with aestheticians and providers
Key Responsibilities
- Perform injectable treatments under medical director supervision and protocols
- Conduct in-depth consultations with a full-face assessment approach
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on anatomy, goals, and longevity
- Educate patients on expectations, outcomes, and aftercare with clarity and integrity
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and consistent before & after photography
- Oversee injectable inventory and clinical supply tracking
- Collaborate with the aesthetic team for integrated treatment planning
- Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and practice development

Requirements
- Active NP or RN license in the State of Nevada (required)
- Minimum 2 years injectable experience in a med spa or aesthetic practice
- Strong portfolio demonstrating natural, balanced, high-quality results
- Deep understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic harmony
- Professionalism, consistency, and a patient-first mindset
