Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in procedures
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
- Verify patient information and update records accurately
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services
- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment
- Collaborate with staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments
- Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy regulations and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office or front desk setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and skin health and wellness
- Strong office experience, including proficiency with scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
