Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Aesthetics & Wellness to join our team at The Skin Clinic in Mankato, MN. This is an on-site role where the NP will provide expert aesthetic and wellness treatments, including consultations, injectable procedures, and skincare management. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, educating patients on treatment options, and ensuring high standards of safety and care. Collaborating with the clinical team, the NP will also maintain patient records and support the development of innovative treatment protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience in administering aesthetic procedures such as injectables, dermal fillers, Botox, and other non-invasive treatments
- Strong patient care and assessment skills, including developing tailored treatment plans and maintaining clinical documentation
- Knowledge of skincare and wellness products and their application in enhancing patient outcomes
- Exceptional communication and educational skills to clearly explain procedures and aftercare to patients
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while demonstrating a high level of professionalism
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure for Minnesota and certification in relevant fields
- Prior experience in aesthetics or wellness medicine is highly preferred
- Commitment to staying updated on industry advancements and implementing best practices
