Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Support the performance management process, including tracking and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all HR practices.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Support training and development efforts in collaboration with leadership.
- Provide data and reports on HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diversity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internships count).
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or previous experience in an HR role is a plus.
