The company specializes in non-surgical and surgical cosmetic services across multiple locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Michigan. Position: TSC is seeking a talented Nurse Practitioner with an interest in providing best-in-class patient care and clinical leadership. The position offers a rewarding opportunity for a driven, collaborative and results-oriented individual to grow with a great organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform non-surgical cosmetic treatments including, but not limited to injectables (e.g., Botox, filler) and laser treatment services
- Develop strong rapport with patients, review patient medical records, take detailed notes and maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
- Provide exceptional clinical outcomes and customer service
- Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms
- Complete clinical and sales training and continuing education
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on technique, adverse events and clinical best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from a top school
- Two years of work experience in aesthetics, dermatology or plastic surgery preferred
- Exceptional communication and bedside manner
- Interest in an evidence-based and patient-centered approach to care
- Team-oriented, high energy, positive and professional attitude
- Ability to think critically and work independently
- Professional appearance
- Passion for medical aesthetics
