The company specializes in non-surgical and surgical cosmetic services across multiple locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan. Position: TSC is seeking an Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse with an interest in providing best-in-class patient care and clinical leadership. The position offers a rewarding opportunity for a driven, collaborative and results-oriented individual to grow with a great organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform non-surgical cosmetic treatments including, but not limited to injectables (e.g., Botox, filler) and device based services
- Develop strong rapport with patients, review patient medical records, take detailed notes and maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
- Provide exceptional clinical outcomes and customer service
- Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms
- Complete clinical and sales training and continuing education
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on technique, adverse events and clinical best practices
Qualifications:
- Active RN and/or NP license
- At least two years of work experience in aesthetics or plastic surgery required
- Exceptional communication and bedside manner
- Interest in an evidence-based and patient-centered approach to care
- Team-oriented, high energy, positive and professional attitude
- Ability to think critically and work independently
- Professional appearance
- Passion for medical aesthetics
