Looking for a part time Guest Relations team member!
As a team, we work together to exceed our client’s expectations! We are looking for a new team member that is outgoing, self-motivated, energetic, fashion forward, customer focused, flexible and passionate for delivering exceptional customer service. Attention to detail, great multi-tasking skills, follow through and taking ownership are very important to us.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering phones, confirming, and scheduling appointments.
- Checking clients in and out of their appointments with accuracy, while going above and beyond with every client at all times.
- Assist in promoting recommended products to clients and making notes in our system for future visits.
- Collecting and processing payments.
- Laundering of linens.
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained through all areas of the Spa daily.
- Assisting the Assistant Manager with projects
Qualifications:
- Customer service skills: Ability to give service with a smile at all times and always keeping your cool even in stressful situations.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
- Team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with computers and contemporary software applications.

This is a permanent position that requires availability for days, evenings and weekends (not a seasonal position).
Hours Needed:
Sunday 8 to 4
Monday 9 to 4
Tuesday 9 to 4
Thursday 9 to 4
Subbing as needed when available
