The mission of Skin Aesthetics is to ensure our patients feel seen, valued, and heard in a welcoming and professional atmosphere focused on real results. Our owner and provider has over fourteen years of experience and is looking for an additional provider (RNs, NPs, PAs, MDs, and DOs all welcome to apply but prescribing authority is strongly preferred) to work as a partner side-by-side with her daily in our clinic. The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic about being an integral part of providing each patient the amazing experience Skin Aesthetics has come to be known for.

While it would be preferred to hire an experienced and licensed aesthetic provider (NP, PA, or MD/DO) to join our dynamic team, we are also open to hiring a Registered Nurse if the right candidate is identified. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic dermatology, including injectables, laser treatments, and advanced skincare procedures. Prior experience is required. While we may be open to hiring someone without experience in the future, we are not open to inexperienced candidates at this time.

Position Duties:
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for all things skincare and skin heath, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role would be primarily responsible for providing direct patient care with the scope of that role being dependent on the employee's licensure.

Responsibilities include -
Performing consultations (providers only)
Administering injectables (such as Botox, PRP/PRF, dermal fillers, Sculptra)
Performing laser and light-based treatments
Conducting skincare assessments and initial assessments for aestheticians (providers only)
Developing personalized treatment plans for patients

Additional responsibilities may be delegated based on licensure and experience.

Additional Job Description:

• Creating trusting relationships with our patients
• Holding HIPPA and patient privacy to the highest regard
• Obtaining accurate and consistent photos of patients before and after their treatment
• Precise and thorough documentation of office visits
• Administration of safe, personalized, and effective treatments (providers)
• Assisting staff in all day-to-day operations as needed
• Functioning well as part of a team
• Focus on professional presentation and excellent communication skills

Requirements:

Valid state license as an aesthetic provider (e.g., nurse practitioner, physician assistant, registered nurse)

Proven experience in aesthetic dermatology (2 years strongly preferred; 1 year required)

Expertise in administering injectables and performing laser treatments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to staying updated on the latest aesthetic trends and techniques

Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional patient care
