We are seeking a polished, organized, and professional individual to join our team as an Business Operations & Client Experience Coordinator.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience inside a high-touch advisory practice.
Position Overview
This role sits at the intersection of client service and internal operations. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience while supporting the day-to-day workflow of the firm.
You will work directly alongside advisors and leadership, gaining exposure to both the operational and relationship side of the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for client communication (phone, email, scheduling)
• Coordinate client onboarding, documentation, and policy servicing
• Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate client records
• Assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and client correspondence
• Support internal organization, workflow tracking, and administrative processes with the Business Operations Vice Presidents and Managing Partners.
• Participate in select client-facing activities and business development support
Ideal Candidate - Strong Speaking Skills Required.
• Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
