Position Overview
The Simon Agency State Farm is hiring a full-time Account Associate in Russellville, KY for someone who wants to build a long-term career in insurance. Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects, walk them through coverage options, and follow up to close new business
- Book appointments and guide interested prospects from first call to close
- Log calls, notes, and pipeline updates in the agency's system daily
- Hit consistent weekly call targets and monthly production numbers
- Complete ongoing product education and licensing classes
Qualifications
- Experience not necessary - full training provided
- Comfortable and confident on the phone with a clear speaking style
- A self-starter who doesn't shy away from daily calls and follow-ups
- Ready to earn the insurance licenses the role requires

Pay range: $40,000-$70,000 per year
This range reflects total compensation - base salary plus commissions and bonuses. Earnings grow with performance, and top performers go beyond it.
