Role Description
This is a Summer Internship based in Washington, DC (in-office). The intern will support the investment team across acquisitions, asset management, and ongoing portfolio initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of commercial real estate investments.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with financial analysis and underwriting of investment opportunities
- Supporting due diligence efforts and market research
- Working in Excel and Argus to analyze property and portfolio performance
- Preparing investment summaries, presentations, and internal reports
- Assisting with leasing and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Excel, Argus, or financial modeling is a plus
