A growing, heavy gauge thermoforming company is seeking a new Director of Sales, functioning as both a leader and a business development professional. You will head up all marketing, SEO, and the company's sales and business plans... all while working to grow top line sales.
They currently are big into the agriculture and construction component markets and are looking to expand into medical device components, aerospace parts, and other industrial part manufacturing. They specialize in manufacturing highly engineered products with a variety of polymer composites and substrates.
This is a 'get it done' type of role. No hand-holding or micro-managing - they are just too busy! They need a self-motivated Sales Leader that likes to sell, knows how to assess the market opportunities, build a sales and marketing plan, and to lead a couple of Account Managers.
Additionally, it is uniquely an onsite role. Given that the role is a key leader in the organization - developing the sales strategies, driving SEO, and more - the company owners are seeking the right cultural fit to go along with the experience.
- Must have proven experience in selling custom thermoformed products in a variety of industrial markets
- Solid experience in heavy gauge thermoforming is highly desired
