The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing operations in various locations, with up to 50% travel required outside Nevada markets. This role requires an individual who can work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks and teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage field operations across various locations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits
- Provide leadership and support to on-site teams
- Report on project status, including any challenges or risks
- Maintain high standards of safety and security
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics for team members as needed
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of security or military experience with prior management experience
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year, primarily outside Nevada markets
- Work Schedule: Ability to work 8 hours per day with little to no supervision
- Background: No criminal convictions
- Driving Record: Clean driving record required
- Licensing: Able to obtain a Non-Gaming Sheriff's Card (LVMPD)
