What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales position at The Siegel Group?
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will be taking inbound sales calls. Candidates must be able to effectively present, promote and sell company inventory, identify the needs of the customer, provide suggestions, up-sell, and/or promote alternative options.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Answer inbound calls from prospective tenants
- Manage and maintain customer records
- Upsell and promote company inventory
- Promote alternative options for other locations, sizes, and/or value.
- Maintain prospective tenant relationships
- Other duties as needed
Required Experience:
- Bi-lingual a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great telephone voice/demeanor
- At least 6 months sales experience
- Must have 1 year call center experience
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of internet and Microsoft computer programs
- Strong verbal/written English communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, and lifting up to 15lbs.
- Maintain a professional, neat and well groomed appearance.
- Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
