Job Description
Job Summary
The Patient Registrar at Shriners Hospitals for Children is responsible for providing a positive and welcoming first impression for patients and families, accurately collecting and verifying patient demographic and insurance information, and ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process.
Key Responsibilities
Provides support to our patients by working with the caregiver to schedule appointments
Perform check in and check out procedures
Respond to messages
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
Preferred Qualifications
1 year scheduling and registration
Clinical experience with knowledge in medical procedures, terminology and documentation
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
The pay range for this position is $14.85 - $22.28. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.Benefits:
