Job DescriptionThe Shredding Place is seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and motivated individual to join our secure document destruction team. This position involves hands-on work, customer interaction, and service pickups using company trucks or vans. Ideal candidates take pride in physical work, follow procedures carefully, and understand the importance of confidentiality.This role may include driving, warehouse work, loading/unloading materials, and operating shredding equipment. Duties vary daily and are not limited to one task.Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):Secure pickup and transportation of confidential documentsTruck/van driving for scheduled service routes (non-CDL)Loading and unloading bins, boxes, and materialsOperating industrial shredding equipmentWarehouse cleanup and organizationFollowing chain-of-custody and security proceduresProviding professional customer service on siteCompleting basic service paperwork when requiredRequirements:Valid California driver’s licenseClean driving record preferredAbility to lift 50 lbs and perform physical workReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedComfortable working independently and as part of a teamMust demonstrate discretion and professionalismBackground check may be requiredCompany DescriptionWe provide witness Document Destruction to the local community.
