For over 20 years, Shout! House has been known for providing guests with great service, great food, and a great show. Dueling Pianos are two piano players performing an all-request driven show. Get ready for the most unique nightlife experience in Downtown San Diego!
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Server with the following qualifications:
- Minimum 4-year serving experience; High volume restaurant required.
- Must possess excellent customer and employee relations skills.
- Experience with Toast POS
- Strong work ethic.
- Positive and determined attitude.
- Passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Desire to work in a diverse environment that promotes belonging and inclusion.
- Must possess Food Handler's and RBS card.
- In depth knowledge of spirits, upselling and food allergens

Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests.
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Perform opening and closing duties as designated by MOD.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Perform in Showtimes on stage with piano staff.
- Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Complies with all company policies, procedures, regulatory and state/federal laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
