What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN- Clinic (East Memphis) position at The Shot Nurse?
The Shot Nurse is looking for an experienced RN to join our team; must be outgoing, self-driven, and dependable. Prior knowledge of vaccines and Testosterone Replacement Therapy is a plus, but not required.
Work hours: 8:45 am-5:15 pm Monday through Friday, Saturdays 9:45 am-2:15 pm (two Saturdays/month required).
No major holidays!
Responsibilities include:
- EMR (eclinicalworks)
- Administration of injectable prescription medications, testosterone, vitamins, and vaccines
- Phlebotomy
- Urine Drug Screening
- TB Skin testing
- Maintaining laboratory and patient care areas
- Re-stocking supplies
- Travel counseling
Required:
- Unrestricted TN/compact license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time >1hr
