Retail Sales Associate & Support Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a professional, outgoing, and reliable Sales Associate & Customer Support Specialist to join our team at our Norwalk, CT retail location. This dual-role position combines in-store sales with comprehensive customer support for both our retail store and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional in-person, full-service sales on our retail sales floor
• Assist customers in selecting and fitting premium footwear from our extensive collection
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email through our support desk
• Resolve complex customer situations involving backorders and custom-made products (particularly Alden brand)
• Navigate multiple computer applications efficiently to address customer needs
• Maintain detailed records and follow up on customer orders
