Overview
The Shipping Store is a fast-growing $30M packaging and shipping supplies company operating three brands across the US and Canada, with active expansion into the UK and Germany. This role is built for a high-impact Amazon PPC operator ready to take ownership of performance across all marketplaces and grow into the company's future Amazon Advertising Manager.
Core Responsibilities
• Manage, optimize, and scale Amazon PPC campaigns across all active marketplaces with a strong focus on revenue growth and contribution margin.
• Lead keyword research, segmentation, and targeting strategies designed to capture market share and improve organic rank.
• Build and execute product launch strategies that include ranking tactics, traffic planning, CRO, and listing optimization.
• Diagnose competitor activity, identify gaps, and develop offensive strategies to win incremental category share.
• Drive profitability through bid optimization, TACOS management, and strategic budget allocation.
• Improve organic ranking across priority keywords for all brands.
• Analyze performance data, surface trends, and deliver actionable recommendations directly to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with catalog, operations, and creative to accelerate marketplace growth.
• Operate inside Amazon Seller Central, Brand Analytics, SQP, and third-party tools to drive insights and strategy.
Qualifications
• 3 years managing Amazon PPC, with experience running 7–8 figure ad accounts preferred.
• Proven success improving keyword ranking, conversion rate, and revenue performance.
• High proficiency with Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, and PPC analytics tools.
• Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills; ability to interpret data into strategic actions.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Must be fully onsite in Las Vegas.

Compensation
• Salary: $80,000–$90,000 DOE
• Performance-based bonuses
