Pick & Pack Warehouse Associate – Fashion & Handbags
Shipping Butler is hiring a full-time Pick & Pack Warehouse Associate to join our Los Angeles fulfillment team. We specialize in e-commerce fulfillment for fashion, apparel, handbags, and lifestyle brands.
This position will primarily support a high-volume women’s handbag brand, where speed, accuracy, product presentation, and attention to detail are essential.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
40 hours per week guaranteed
Overtime and approximately 1–2 Saturdays per month may be required based on order volume. This would be
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently
- Carefully pack women’s handbags and apparel using tissue paper and brand-specific packaging materials
- Follow specific packing and presentation standards for each order
- Inspect merchandise for defects or quality issues before shipment
- Prepare completed packages for shipment and apply provided shipping labels
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders ship on time
Requirements
- 2 years of warehouse picking/packing or fulfillment experience preferred
- E-commerce, apparel, fashion, or handbag fulfillment experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work quickly while maintaining packing quality
- Comfortable working toward measurable productivity goals (KPIs)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to stand and work on your feet for most of the shift
- Comfortable performing repetitive picking and packing tasks
- Able to lift approximately 20-30 lbs as needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
