TSGBH is seeking a dependable, outgoing, results-driven Regional Referral & Community Engagement Coordinator to help grow our services in Ahoskie/Hertford Murfreesboro Bertie/Windsor Northampton/Jackson/Rich Square.
This is a field-based outreach and referral development position. You will spend much of your time in the community meeting with organizations, introducing TSGBH services, building referral relationships, and helping generate qualified new client referrals.
This is not a desk-only marketing job.

What You Will Do:
You will:
- Visit approved healthcare offices, community organizations, agencies, businesses, nonprofits, faith organizations, and referral sources.
- Conduct professional in-person and door-to-door outreach to approved organizations and community locations.
- Introduce TSGBH and explain our services.
- Build relationships with hospitals, DSS, care managers, behavioral-health providers, primary-care offices, probation/reentry programs, shelters, DWI referral sources, and community organizations.
- Make follow-up calls and emails.
- Attend approved community events.
- Help appropriate prospective clients connect with our intake team.
- Track all outreach, meetings, follow-ups, referral sources, and qualified referrals.
- Report service gaps, waitlists, unmet needs, and competitor information to leadership.
- Develop repeat referral relationships, not just one-time contacts.

Passing out flyers alone is not enough.
Attending events alone is not enough.
Making calls without follow-up is not enough.
You will be expected to develop a recurring pipeline of qualified client referrals while following all company, Medicaid, privacy, ethical, and legal requirements.
Performance Expectations:
This position begins with a 60-day introductory performance period.
By Day 14:
- At least 5 meaningful referral-source meetings.
- Consistent in-person outreach in both counties.
- Initial qualified referral opportunities entering the pipeline.
By Day 30:
- Approximately 6–10 qualified referrals/intake opportunities.
- At least 3 from Robeson County.
- At least 4 active referral-source relationships.
- Clear evidence of an ongoing referral pipeline.
By Day 60:
- Working toward 12–18 qualified referrals per month.
- Multiple active referral partners.
- Repeat referrals.
- At least half of new-market referral activity coming from Robeson County.
Continued employment and increased hours may depend on demonstrated performance.

- Know Bladen or Robeson County.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Can use email, a smartphone, and basic computer systems.
Experience in community outreach, healthcare, behavioral health, human services, social services, customer service, field sales, peer support, care coordination, or provider relations is helpful.

The role is to educate, build trust, develop professional relationships, and help appropriate individuals connect with intake.
Schedule & Pay:
Part-Time: 20 hours per week.
Approved mileage reimbursement provided.

Most hours will occur during normal weekday business hours.
This is a field-based position, not a fully remote role.
Strong performers may be considered for increased hours, increased compensation, and expanded regional responsibilities.
