As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support our recruiting team to ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. You’ll help manage high-volume recruitment by scheduling interviews, tracking candidate information, and handling administrative tasks. This role is a great fit for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to keep the hiring process running smoothly. This is a hybrid position in office 2 days a week, position and reports to our Gilbert, AZ headquarters.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and answer questions.
- Assist the recruitment team with sourcing and identifying candidates through resume review and outreach.
- Support the recruitment team with job postings, sourcing activities, and recruitment events.
- Coordinate pre-hire and onboarding processes for new hires, including completing paperwork and required documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to inform hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations.
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
