Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. In this vital leadership role, you will support the delivery of high-quality resident care while managing daily operations within our nursing services. Your expertise in strategic planning, management, and education administration will help ensure our community maintains excellence in care standards. Duties
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance nursing services and resident satisfaction
- Support budgeting processes to ensure efficient resource allocation and fiscal responsibility
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies to maintain accreditation standards
- Coordinate education programs and training sessions for staff development and skill enhancement
- Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and quality assurance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care plans aligned with residents’ needs
Experience
- Must have RN licensure.
- Proven management experience within a healthcare or senior living environment
- Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational management
- Experience in education administration or teaching within a healthcare or academic setting is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Familiarity with university-level education programs or teaching roles related to healthcare is a plus
- Knowledge of regulatory standards governing senior care facilities and nursing practices

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
