The Customer Experience Assistant supports order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping coordination in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role partners with Production, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance (QA), and Sales to ensure accurate, on‑time delivery and excellent customer service.

The Customer Experience Assistant supports order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping coordination in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role partners with Production, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance (QA), and Sales to ensure accurate, on‑time delivery and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and QA to ensure product availability
- Prioritize packaging, blending, and shipping based on production schedules and open orders
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation; schedule shipments and pickups, material in process, and material in inventory
- Allocate inventory efficiently and track material through ERP systems
- Monitor inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and process returns
- Maintain shipping and order status reports for internal teams
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (technical discipline a plus)
- Experience in chemical or pigment manufacturing strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills working across a variety of departments
- Manufacturing, order fulfillment, inventory, or logistics experience is a plus
- Strong organization, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills
- Comfortable working with multiple computers systems and keeping detailed records
- On‑site role in a chemical manufacturing setting
- Frequent walking
- Must be able to wear a respirator
