Our Maintenance team is seeking to hire a Contracted Services Supervisor. This position will provide direction, oversight, and continuous improvement of contractor productivity and quality to support safe and efficient maintenance operators in align with the company's core values.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure a safe work environment for all contractor activities
- Set clear expectations and hold contractors accountable to company core values and performance standards
- Manage all aspects of the procure-to-pay process for contractor labor
- Utilize EAM software to coordinate, schedule, and assign work aligned with organizational priorities
- Coordinate and facilitate interdepartmental contractor work
- Ensure execution of work to maintain or reduce backlog
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports
- Maintain a qualified contractor list
- Setup and qualify new contracted service providers when required.
- Ensure maintenance of facilities
- Provide temporary coverage for Maintenance Supervisor
- Conduct weekly maintenance activity coordination meetings.
- Ensure the site remains safe, clean, and visually appealing to support a positive experience for team members and visitors.
Other Job Functions:
- Be available outside of regular work hours including weekend coverage.
- Update documentation, EAM software
- Create standard operating procedures & assist in developing standards.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:
Required:
- Demonstrated equipment troubleshooting skills and maintenance process knowledge.
- Demonstrated SAP / Microsoft application skills and ability to learn to use digital tools.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Basic math and financial analysis skills / aptitude.
- Ability to schedule, lay out, and assign work
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP and EAM software
- Experience in contractor management and industrial maintenance
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
Physical Requirements:
- Must wear a respirator for extended periods
- Push/pull: 2–10 lbs occasionally
- Carry/lift: 2–10 lbs occasionally, 10–30 lbs rarely
- Work may be conducted in office environment or on plant floor, where temperatures may occasionally exceed 100 degrees
