Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, personable, and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. This role focuses on customer interaction, communication, and support throughout the buying process. Rather than traditional “sales,” this position is about guiding customers, providing helpful information, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Greet and assist customers in person with a friendly, professional approach
- Communicate with customers via email in a timely and organized manner
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors as needed
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Keep customers informed and updated throughout their experience
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Post updates and content on social media platforms
- Monitor inventory levels and help make decisions to keep the lot well-stocked and visually appealing
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- QuickBooks experience is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- (Closed Tuesdays)
