As a Business Development Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in enabling strategic decisions through accurate data, CRM management, and actionable insights. This newly created position offers the chance to shape processes, support high-impact initiatives, and contribute to our rapid expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Delivering clear, reliable analytics to support business development and sales strategies.
- Driving CRM data integrity and ensuring accurate reporting for leadership visibility.
- Coordinating proposals and KPI tracking to enable timely and informed decisions.
- Serve as CRM administrator/superuser, maintaining structure and data accuracy.
- Track, analyze, and report on key sales KPIs and business development metrics.
- Coordinate proposal development and monitor prospect pipelines.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Project Controls to support forecasting and revenue tracking.
- Lead Bid/No-Bid meetings and structured opportunity evaluations.
- Support broader business development campaigns and strategic projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in business development, sales analytics, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present data insights.
- Hands-on CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in EPC, oil & gas, or industrial sectors preferred.
- Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and proposal coordination.
