Enrollment, Advancement & Community Engagement AssociatePart-Time (1015 hours/week)Help strengthen the connections that makes The Sharon Academy special.The Sharon Academy is seeking an organized, creative, and community-minded individual to support enrollment, advancement, marketing, and community engagement. Working closely with the Enrollment & Marketing Manager and Advancement Director, you'll help welcome prospective families, support fundraising and outreach efforts, tell TSA's story, and help build meaningful connections throughout our community.ResponsibilitiesSupport enrollment, advancement, marketing, and community engagement initiatives.Create flyers, marketing materials, and communications using Canva.Coordinate projects including mailings, print materials, vendor communication, and event preparation.Assist with enrollment tracking, donor stewardship, database updates, and other administrative support.Represent TSA at select admissions, advancement, and community events.QualificationsWe're looking for someone who is: Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.Comfortable managing multiple projects and communicating with a variety of people.Proficient in Canva and standard office software (preferred).Interested in education, nonprofit work, communications, or marketing.Schedule1015 hours per weekMondays are required (approximately 78 hours on campus).Remaining hours are flexible based on projects and school needs.Join Our TeamIf you're looking for meaningful, flexible work where your creativity, organization, and people skills can make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.Please send a resume and a brief note telling us what interests you about the position and what draws you to Cathy Pelton, Director of Finance & HR at The Sharon Academy at cpelton@sharonacademy.net.
