The Shank Group is expanding and looking for motivated, coachable Life Insurance Agents to join our sales team. You’ll work with clients who have expressed interest in life insurance coverage and help them find solutions that fit their needs.

What You’ll Do
- Speak with prospective clients by phone or Zoom
- Assess each client’s life insurance needs and financial goals
- Present appropriate life insurance options, including term and permanent coverage
- Submit applications and assist clients through the underwriting process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
- Provide ongoing service and follow-up to clients as needed
- Participate in team training and coaching sessions
Who We’re Looking For
- Active life insurance license preferred
- Previous life insurance or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable, goal-driven, and comfortable following a proven process
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Reliable internet connection and professional workspace
Compensation & Requirements
- This is a 1099, commission-only position
- Bonus opportunities may be available based on performance
- Full-time or part-time options
- Must be U.S.-based
- No sponsorship available
