Experienced Bartender/Mixologist

The Shaker & Vine is looking for an enthusiastic / experienced bartender to provide customers top notch service thru speed, quality & professionalism. We expect you to have vast knowledge in both classic and modern cocktails in order to exceed a customers’ needs and expectations.

Compensation includes hourly and tips.

Bartender Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-level cocktails for larger volumes at a fast pace.
• Knowledge in spirits, cordials, apéritifs', vermouth's, amaro, tinctures, bitters.
• Ability to create unique cocktail creations on the fly for customers.
• Friendly & professional interactions with customers that drive retention.
• Assessing bar customers’ needs, preferences and making recommendations.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations and requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
