What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Bartender/Mixologist position at The Shaker & Vine?
The Shaker & Vine is looking for enthusiastic / experienced bartenders to provide customers top notch service through speed, quality & professionalism. We expect you to have vast knowledge in both classic and modern cocktails in order to exceed a customers’ needs and expectations.
Compensation includes hourly and tips.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-level cocktails for larger volumes at a fast pace.
- Knowledge in spirits, cordials, apéritifs', vermouth's, amaro, tinctures, bitters.
- Ability to create unique cocktail creations on the fly for customers.
- Friendly & professional interactions with customers that drive retention.
- Assessing bar customers’ needs, preferences and making recommendations.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations and requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.

Projected Total Compensation: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
