Full-Time ABA Clinical Supervisor (BCBA, LBA) - Help Children on the Autism Spectrum Thrive

Join a dynamic team of BCBA's in a exciting ABA based school and clinic setting. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ABA Clinical Supervisor (BCBA, LBA) to join our team immediately. This full-time, 12-month position offers the opportunity to work closely with students who have complex behavioral needs and to lead programming in a highly collaborative educational setting. The ideal candidate has strong clinical expertise, a team-centered mindset, and a deep commitment to supporting students on the autism spectrum.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive, individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Design and implement evidence-based skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Write and progress monitor IEP goals related to behavior, self-regulation, and social-emotional development
• Train, coach, and support ABA staff in behavior analytic practices and fidelity of implementation
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including educators, OTs, SLPs, and a team of fellow BCBAs
• Participate in IEP meetings, monthly parent meetings, and ongoing caregiver support
• No insurance billing or paperwork – and no minimum billable hours required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
