Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, ensuring they feel valued and attended to throughout their visit.
- Manage POS systems to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain sales records.
- Experience with Oregon Lottery POS and VLT machines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, following food safety standards.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
- Handle cashing out procedures efficiently at the end of shifts while managing cash handling responsibilities with accuracy.
- Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene throughout all aspects of bar operations.
- Contribute to a lively atmosphere by supporting nightclub or event activities when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in dining establishments, nightclubs, or bar settings is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient sales processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously.
- Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
- Must have OLCC and Oregon Food handlers license
- Experience in food industry roles including catering, food service, or retail environments is advantageous.

Pay: $15.05 - $22.00 per hour
